Product Care

All our pieces are hand-made; crafted by master artisans and skilled hands, using traditional techniques. Below is a guide for how to best care for your products.

HANDBAGS

We use the highest quality Siamensis leather to craft our leather goods. Known for being soft, supple yet extremely durable, with proper care, your exotic skin bag can last a long time.

Leather Care and Storage

Crocodile leather is a material that evolves, changes colour and will acquire a natural patina over time.

  • When not in use, keep it stored in a cool, dry place.
  • Whilst stored, stuff the bag with the provided paper to retain the shape of the bag.
  • As with any natural leather, do not leave your crocodile handbag exposed to direct sunlight, as the leather will dry out, crack and fade, losing its natural sheen.
  • Avoid exposure to rain and water. If your crocodile bag gets wet, gently dry it off with a clean, white cloth. Do not rub or enlarge the surface. Then let it dry indoors naturally. Do not use heat, such as a radiator or hair dryer.
  • It is advisable to regularly clean the bag with a soft, dry, and clean piece of cloth. If your crocodile leather bag gets dirty, just use a damp cloth and a clean, uncoloured cotton rag to wipe of the surface. Take extra pre-cautions with light colours.
  • Do not use any chemicals or household cleaners on crocodile leather. The protective finish applied to crocodile leather bags is a thin layer that can be eroded away by such solvents and may cause discolouration.

 JEWELRY

Each piece is embellished in natural gemstones or freshwater pearls, sculpted on 92.5% sterling silver and finished with 18-karat gold-plating or rhodium-plating.

Gemstones and Pearls

  • All precious gemstones are natural. Clean your gemstones and pearls with a clean, soft cloth when needed. Pearls can be fragile so take extra precautions to handle them with care. Store them individually to avoid friction.
  • Avoid direct contact with perfumes and cosmetics or any household chemicals.

Gold/Rhodium-plating

  • To keep your jewelry as shiny as possible, we advise you to avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions or cosmetics.
  • Swimming, showering or exercise is not recommended whilst wearing jewelry, as it will tarnish the metals over time.
  • After every use, remove any dust and dirt it has acquired with a soft cloth.
  • Store it in a cool, dry place - preferably its bag/box.
  • Stay away from jewelry cleaners and antibacterial soaps which may have certain components that will tarnish the plating.
